EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OVERVIEW
There
is no denying that we are experiencing in early 21st Century America, a Meltdown of the principle values that sustain and
nurture the Nuclear Family.
A pandemic is amidst that threatens the whole
fabric and core of a Nation’s Soul, its young and vital population. This deterioration is exponentiated
by the total lack of empathy and reverence for
Life, lack of Creative Spark that Supports and
enhances the quality of life, and an ever pervasive anger permeating and resonating within and without the Inner Cities
of America.
The Baby Boomer Generation must except much of the onus for the condition we
find ourselves in today as a Society with lost and diverted moral principles, priorities and selfish motivations, predicated on the pursuit and worship of gain, power,
unquenchable lusts, and appetites have bored
a hole in the soul of our young and have left
them spiritually devoid of any feeling for Humane Living, Interaction and Social Intercourse.
This leaves
an environment, which spawns, breeds and nourishes an ever increasing population of Gangs and its subset byproducts of Violence,
Murder, Mayhem culminating toward a total nihilism and Subsequent Insurrection.
In order to Stem this ominous
tide, there has to be a Spiritual Rebirth and Awakening among our young people, in the Form and Order of a Critical Mass
Chain Reaction Ignition.

CONSORTIUM, Inc.
(JMAC)
It is is
the Mission and Intent of (JMAC) to raise an ever increased awareness throughout inner city environs and beyond of the Richness, Dignity and Core-American Heritage of the Jazz Music Medium and Inter-Connected
Afro-Cuban, Latin American and Brazilian Genres.
This, in a most passionate effort to Instill in our youth the Need for Self Love, Knowledge
of Self, lending to an uplifting Dignity of Self
that will foster a collective peer-ship, to a
state of Critical Mass, among the underserved and victimized youth within Inner Cities throughout our Nation.
PROJECT SCOPE AND
SIGMA DYNAMICS
We are going to penetrate,
proliferate and take an accounting and inventory of our implementations using a Six-Sigma Dynamics form of continued metrics.

don’t know; You won’t know unless You measure; You don’t value the things You don’t measure; and You don’t measure the things You don’t
value.
We (JMAC) are going to take the Measure of our Children, we are going
to take the Measure of the Cities, we are going
to take the Measure of the Unified School Districts, we are going to take the Measure of all of the other Stakeholders - Parents, Community, Churches, Businesses and Institutions such as Banking Industry.
JMAC
is going to keep measure of itself as it rolls out its programs to capture the youth.
First will be the
assessment and number of youth participation
within the Schools and capture venues.
Second will be virtual planned foreseeable outcomes of initial Music Performance Programs at selected School Auditorium Venues.
Third will be eventual Mobile Stage Venue Music
Production and Performances, to be located on School Campus outside grounds.
Fourth, will be the Drum Corps membership build-up.
The potentials of Success is ingrained in the measure of the music and
genres being expressed. Jazz, and its subsets, is an all inspiring Spiritual, Transforming Creative and Uplifting music medium.
The Drum and Bugle Corps (Drum Corps) medium is a Time
Proven resurrector of the young, repairing broken spirits and sustaining young strong-willed persons, enabling them to thrive and develop skills and propensities
that transform, nurture and meld young men and
women into proud, dignified productive citizens of society.
